Susan Silberberg is a city planner, urban designer, arts and cultural planner, architect, author, and educator. She works with public and private clients to improve our cities and communities and make great things happen. As the Founder and Principal of CivicMoxie, LLC, she has led numerous arts and cultural plans, community development initiatives, and commercial district revitalization plans. She also advises private clients on land planning and real estate projects involving complex issues regarding mission, legacy planning, and context. Susan speaks around the world on public space activation and economic development in the context of community collaboration and capacity. She most recently spoke at “Open to the Public,” a forum on public space and security hosted by the National Capital Planning Commission and ASLA at the Navy Memorial in Washington, DC.
